Most people don’t need more health advice; they need a way to apply it consistently.

My approach is rooted in nurse-led health education and behavior change. I help you understand how everyday habits around nourishment, movement, sleep, and stress affect your body and mind, then support you in translating that knowledge into simple, repeatable actions.

We focus on small, intentional changes that build momentum over time. The goal is steady progress that feels manageable and sustainable.
